How much will it cost?
Specialist Infertility and Involuntary Childlessness Psychotherapy: £85.00 per session (50 mins)
Trauma Therapy: £85.00 per session (50 mins)
EMDR: £85.00 – £130.00 per session (up to 90 mins)
I have a limited number of lower-cost spaces available, so please ask if one would mean you could get the support you need.
How long will it take?
We may agree a fixed number of sessions, if you wish to focus on a particular problem. Alternatively, if you wish to work on deeper or more long-standing issues, we can work in an open-ended way, reviewing together at intervals.
How often will I need to come?
We will generally meet weekly, at the same time each week. We would discuss this in the initial consultation session and find a mutually convenient time.
Do you only offer face to face sessions?
In addition to face-to-face sessions, I also offer the option of online and telephone therapy sessions.
Are there appointments outside working hours?
I offer early morning, daytime and evening appointments.
What is the first step?
We will start with a free 20-minute telephone consultation. This will be an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and for you to get a sense of me and how I work. If in agreeance, we will then arrange an appointment for the initial consultation.
